Fees & Insurance

I am in-network with Medicare and with the following companies:

• United Healthcare

If you have one of these, I bill them directly, and you'll typically be responsible for a copay. If you're unsure what your coverage includes, I'm glad to help you check before we begin.

Self-pay

For those without one of the plans above, or who prefer not to involve insurance, my fee is

$200 for a 45-minute session.

Out-of-network

If your plan isn't listed but includes out-of-network benefits, you can pay the self-pay fee and I'll provide a monthly superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible partial reimbursement. Whether you're reimbursed, and how much, depends on your individual plan.
